The Autohatch 1232 Egg Automatic Incubator is a high-capacity commercial incubator engineered for farms and hatcheries demanding large, consistent, and reliable chick production. Locally assembled using imported electronics and a heavy-duty MDF cabinet, this machine maintains stable incubation conditions and outstanding performance across large batches.

Equipped with automatic 45° tilting trays, the incubator ensures proper embryo rotation, uniform heat distribution and smooth development across all eggs. For the final three days of incubation, eggs move into separate hatch baskets, improving hygiene, airflow and chick safety while simplifying cleanup and management.

The MDF cabinet provides a major advantage: it does not trap heat, unlike metal incubators. During the lockdown period, chicks generate additional heat, and MDF prevents overheating, reducing mortality and boosting hatch success — a crucial benefit in large-capacity systems like 1232 eggs.

The incubator operates on AC mains and is fully solar compatible via an inverter, making it suitable for farms in areas with unstable or limited grid power. Digital temperature and humidity controls, alarm protection, external water top-up, and adjustable ventilation ensure safe and stable incubation throughout the cycle.
