Returns Eligibility You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is faulty or damaged on delivery, OR

The item has a manufacturer defect, and you report it within 7 days of purchase.

What Cannot Be Returned The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

Items that have been modified or tampered with

Consumables (bulbs, heaters, sensors) after use

Products returned after 7 days

Warranty Support All incubators come with a 1-year warranty covering:

Factory defects

Controller issues

Electrical faults (not caused by misuse)

Warranty does NOT cover:

Power surge damage

Water damage

Physical damage
